Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Read and interpret SOX (Employees confidential data), Pay Affecting, Sensitive and other types of Control Reports
2. To work on some of the illustrative control activities like below:
I. Run and verify control report before payroll runs to detect inconsistencies to avoid Payroll errors
II. Daily control to check accuracy and backup documentation for salary updates, new hires, bank updates, and many other activities that OMPA teams are doing on a daily basis, and the C&C analyst needs to do rigorous follow-ups with the users to have all relevant documentation in one place.
III. Check inconsistencies from report extracted by HR technology
IV. Review data consistency errors according to periodic reports, analysis of org structure through Sensitive Data Control Report to avoid data disclosures (if any of course)
V. Review all control reports before the last payroll closing date/due date for each payroll country
VI. Review and approve reports within strict timelines with valid backup documentation.
VII. Perform Sample Audits (Peer to Peer) for the team
VIII. Publish the error findings with their solutions with the concerned stakeholder (s)
IX. To Maintain the process updates/team updates tracker
Skill/Experience Requirements:
1. Must be from the HR Ops background – HR Generalist profiles with the HR Audit exposure
2. Must be aware of the Hire to retire principle
3. Reasonable Knowledge of HR Audit Processes having Performed Internal, Operational including HR Operations, Payroll Audits
4. Must have worked on any of the below HR ERP and Payroll Applications along with any ticketing tool like ServiceNow
i. SAP
ii. Workday
iii. PeopleSoft
iv. Oracle
5. Perform Interventions – identifying reasons for operations failures, critical errors, process improvements / Performing Root Cause Analysis remediating and solutions.
6. Strong Analytical Skills; Strong Spreadsheet skills; Excellent command over English Language
7. Strong communication skills across various levels of the organization
8. Must have minimum 2 years of relative experience
9. Minimum Graduate. Desirable: PG with experience in the HR Audits

Shifts: Night Shift(5PM-3AM) & UK Shift (Candidate must be flexible for any shifts)
Experience: 2Yrs to 4Yrs
