Job Description – Content Moderation:
As a Content Moderator, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and analyzing digital content to maintain online safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review online content and provide resolutions as per defined policies.
- Identify and flag sensitive or inappropriate material based on content guidelines.
- Recognize patterns and escalate issues to relevant teams.
- Maintain high-quality standards while ensuring user safety.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance content review systems.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of process policies and workflow.
- Deliver excellent customer service during content evaluation.
- Work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts (may include weekends and exposure to sensitive content).
Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Education: Any Graduate (Except Law/Diploma)
💼 Experience: 0 – 2 years (experience in customer service preferred)
