Berger Paints India is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive to hire talented and energetic Sales Executives across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Position: Sales Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented sales professionals to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidates will have experience in Retail, Distribution, Business Development, or Project Sales, preferably in the Paints or Building Materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales volume and value targets in the designated territory.
- Drive market execution and brand visibility through effective retail engagement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with painters, dealers, and customers.
- Manage distribution networks and channel sales efficiently.
- Develop and maintain project sales pipelines for sustained business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 6 months – 2.5 years in Retail, Distribution, Business Development, or Project Sales.
- Industry Preference: Paints or Building Materials (preferred but not mandatory).
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Other Requirements:
- Ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Good understanding of local markets and nearby regions.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
