Job Summary:
This role involves handling customer service and collections for US healthcare clients via phone calls. Candidates should have prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies and customers for claims follow-up and eligibility verification.
- Perform prior authorization, obtain missing payer details, and update patient information.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and resolve queries at the first point of contact.
- Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate logs of all calls and transactions.
- Identify problem areas and share improvement ideas during process reviews.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
