About the Role:
Position: Banking Backend Operations
Department: Customer Success, Service & Operations
Experience: 0 – 4 years
Education: Only Non-Technical Graduates are eligible (B.Com, BBA, B.A, B.Sc, BHM, BFA, B.Pharma, BDS, etc.)
Shift: Rotational (24×7)
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Industry: BPM / BPO
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry related to customer, provider, and invoice information.
- Validate and verify information entered by data operators.
- Review and process preauthorization and claim details accurately.
- Identify duplicate claims and take necessary actions.
- Investigate policy messages and resolve discrepancies using internal tools.
- Interpret hospital contracts and ensure compliance with policy terms.
- Refer complex cases to relevant departments (HCS, TMT, Triage, etc.).
- Detect fraud or overcharges and report findings to the concerned teams.
- Maintain high accuracy and follow compliance guidelines at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Open to rotational shifts including night shifts.
