Job Description:
Join Accenture’s Customer Support Team and help deliver exceptional service to clients across the globe. The role involves assisting customers via voice and email channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and email support for international customers.
- Deliver Tier 2 level support with a focus on complete issue resolution.
- Provide navigational assistance for the self-service customer portal.
- Maintain accuracy while adhering to all client and internal processes.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through quality communication.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any graduate can apply. (HSC + 1 year of experience also eligible)
- Experience: 0 to 5 years in Customer Support / Voice Process.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be open to working in night shifts and rotational offs.
