🎯 Role Overview – Record to Report (R2R):
The selected candidates will handle General Ledger (GL), account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end close processes. You will collaborate with auditors, cross-functional teams, and management to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Journal entries and ledger management

Periodic account reconciliations (bank, AP, AR)

Month-end and year-end financial closing

Variance analysis and commentary
-
Support audit and compliance processes
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation
📘 Eligibility Criteria:

CA Fresher – 2024 or 2025 pass out
-
Strong knowledge of Accounting, R2R, and General Ledger
-
Excellent communication and analytical skills
-
Proficiency in MS Excel (SAP is a plus)
