Genpact is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Customer Relations Analyst / Process Developer in the supply chain domain. Be part of a dynamic, digital-first team helping streamline post-invoice processes, customer service, returns, credits, order status, and logistics support.
💡 Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer/sales queries via phone/email
- Order management, return request handling, credit/refund processing
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, carriers
- Provide real-time updates on shipments and order tracking
- Maintain ERP updates (SAP/Oracle)
- Support SLA/KPI targets with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with training, logistics, demand control, and supply chain teams
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (except Law)
- 2-5 years experience in supply chain/order management/customer support
- Understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Pre & Post Sales, Credit/Debit processes
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- SAP/Oracle/ERP tool knowledge preferred

- PG Diploma in International SCM/Sourcing
