Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Review and process supplier invoices.
- Handle PO, Non-PO, and utility invoices.
- Perform invoice auditing and payment processing.
- Ensure timely invoice approvals and payment releases.
- Work on SAP, Navision, or other ERP platforms.
Record to Report (RTR)
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Execute month-end close and reporting activities.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
Order to Cash (OTC)
- Manage Accounts Receivable processes.
- Process daily receipts, wire transfers, ACH, and cheque postings.
- Resolve customer remittance discrepancies.
- Support collections and customer payment reconciliation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong Finance & Accounting knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Navision.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
