Key Responsibilities
- Timely recording and processing of vendor invoices.
- Vendor invoice approval and validation.
- Process travel and expense claims.
- Perform Accounts Payable reconciliations.
- Prepare payment proposals and execute vendor payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Handle vendor queries and escalations professionally.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Uphold high ethical and professional standards in financial operations.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable processes.
- Hands-on experience in Payment Proposal and Payment Processing (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of vendor reconciliation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage escalations effectively.
