Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Master Setup and Maintenance.
- Process supplier invoices accurately.
- Analyze invoice data and validate transactions.
- Review and resolve unprocessable invoices.
- Execute vendor payment processing.
- Perform period-end reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with Finance & Accounting procedures.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable (PTP) processes.
- Exposure to Finance & Accounting operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Customer and client-focused approach.
