✅ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Accounts Payable:
-
Process invoices, perform 3-way match (PO, GRN, Invoice)
-
Invoice auditing and utility invoice handling
-
Hands-on with ERP systems like SAP/Navision
🔹 Record to Report (R2R):
-
Handle month-end closing, reconciliations (key & non-key)
-
Prepare standard and nonstandard journal entries
-
Work with tools like SAP, HANA, Blackline, Ariba, HighRadius
🔹 Cash Applications / Collections:
-
Apply payments from lockboxes to customer accounts
-
Resolve unapplied cash and reconcile accounts
-
Handle customer collections via phone/email
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
-
Education: B.Com, BBA, BMS (UG) or MBA/M.Com (PG) in Finance
-
Prior finance/accounting experience preferred
-
Strong communication & analytical skills
-
Willing to work in night/rotational shifts
