Cognizant is conducting a mega walk-in drive for experienced AML/KYC professionals with 3 to 10 years of experience in financial crime prevention, transaction monitoring, and alert investigations. This is a great opportunity to join a leading global IT & consulting company based in Hyderabad.

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Review system-generated AML alerts related to Sanctions/PEP lists and perform thorough investigations to identify potential money laundering risks

• Analyze alerts and decide on necessary escalation or request for additional customer information

• Write comprehensive analysis reports supporting decisions on alert resolution

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal support teams to gather required information

• Stay updated with procedural changes and implement guidelines in investigations

• Manage alert investigations efficiently under strict timelines

• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and FinCrime standards

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) mandatory

• 3 to 10 years of AML/KYC screening and transaction monitoring experience

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with quick learning ability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Flexibility to work night shifts and rotational weekly offs (Fri-Sat or Sun-Mon)

• Familiarity with AML laws, sanctions, PEP screening, and financial crime investigations

• FinCrime certifications are a plus
