Job Roles:
- Accounts Payable
- Process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and release payments
- Experience in PO, Non-PO, and Utilities Invoice Processing
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes (3-way match, PO, NON-PO, GRN)
- ERP experience (SAP/Navision/Other)
- Record to Report (RTR)
- Manage Month-End Closing and Reconciliations
- Handle ERP (SAP/Blackline/HANA Ariba s4, HRC High Radius)
- Prepare standard and recurring journal entries, accruals, and deferrals
- Cash Applications/Collections
- Post payments and handle cash applications from various lockboxes
- Resolve aged unidentified and unapplied cash receipts
- Collect payments from customers and manage delinquent accounts
Eligibility Criteria:
- Commerce Graduates (B.Com/BBA/CA/CMA)
- Relevant experience in accounting preferred
- Willingness to work in any shift (24/7)
- Work from office module
- Note: CAs are not being considered for this role in Jaipur
