- Deliver excellent customer service to international clients via voice, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in real time
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards
- Manage time effectively in a 24×7 rotational shift environment
👩💼 Candidate Profile:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with night shifts and weekend rotations
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fast typing and good computer navigation skills
- Positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
🚇 Travel Eligibility:
Candidates must reside within 1.5 km of a railway station from the following areas:
- Central Line: Kalyan to Sion
- Harbour Line: Wadala to Panvel (Excl. Taloja & Sukhapur)
- Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Golden Nest Circle, Ghodbunder Rd)
🕔 Shifts & Weekly Offs:
- Shift: 24×7 Rotational (including night shifts)
- Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
