Job Description/Skills Required
- Should be aware of the process of appraisal of Term loan and working capital facility.
- Preparation of information memos and notes/proposal for banks and other investors
- Interact and work with lender agencies viz. auditors, insurance advisors, legal advisors, technical advisors etc
- Preparation of CMA/financial models, detail business valuation and conducting finance due diligence.
- Portfolio management of existing project finance loans for pre/post-disbursement activities (coordinating with lenders and internal stakeholders to ensure timely compliances, debt utilizations, and lender requirements)
- Review of documents and negotiate the same with lawyers, lenders etc.
- Preparation of banking related MIS including Stock Statements, QMS/FFR/MSOD , financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data for decision support.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Have fair idea of banking function and processes
- Basic Financial modeling (ability to prepare/understand the modeling concepts)
- Communication skills to negotiate/coordinate with different stakeholders
- Well versed with SAP.
