Job Role: Associate – US HR Operations Blended Process As an Associate, you will handle HR operations, customer service, and back-office tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations and back-office processes for US clients
- Provide support via blended channels (voice and non-voice)
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any field with all semester mark sheets mandatory
- 12 months to 3 years of experience in HRO, Customer Service, or Back Office
- Ready to work in night shifts (7 PM onwards, 9.5-hour shifts)
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice period
Important Instructions:
- Must carry a hard copy of your resume and original Aadhar or PAN card
- Candidate must have Voter ID or Passport ready for Background Verification (BGV)
- Without original ID proof, entry will not be permitted
