We are hiring for Record to Report (R2R) profiles at Warangal location. Attend the walk-in drive at our Hyderabad Uppal office on 29-Apr-2025.

The walk-in interview will be conducted at the Hyderabad (Uppal) office, but the job location is Warangal. Only candidates willing to work from Warangal are eligible.

Job Role: Record to Report (R2R) Associate
In this role, you will manage financial data accuracy, maintain the general ledger, and support month-end/year-end closing activities. You will work closely with the R2R lead to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate journal entries.
- Perform periodic account reconciliations (bank, payables, receivables).
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Maintain proper documentation of transactions and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in decision-making support.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Com or BBA Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of R2R (Record to Report) experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experience working in SAP (preferred).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).

- Original Aadhar card + 2 photocopies
- Latest payslip (if applicable)
Education Requirements:
- Undergraduate: B.Com in any specialization.
- Postgraduate: CA or M.Com (preferred but not mandatory).
