About the Role: Know Your Customer (KYC) Analyst
As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for client onboarding, account maintenance, customer verification, and compliance checks to prevent financial crimes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Client Onboarding, Account Maintenance, Customer Identification Program (CIP), and KYC processes.

Conduct PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) screenings and Adverse Media checks.

Analyze customer profiles and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards.

Identify and escalate potential risks in client documentation.
-
Communicate complex compliance requirements clearly across internal teams.
-
Collaborate globally and manage priorities under high-volume scenarios.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation.
Required Skills and Experience:

Educational Qualification: Any Graduation (UG)
-
Experience: 2 – 7 years in KYC, Client Onboarding, or AML domains.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
-
Ability to work flexibly under pressure and manage high volumes effectively.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
