Job Details

• Job Title: Relationship Officer / Relationship Executive

• Departments Hiring:

  • Mortgage (Home Loan Branch & Open Market, LAP)

  • AGRI B2B & B2C Sales

• Job Location: Hyderabad

• Experience Required: 0 – 5 Years (Freshers and Sales Professionals Welcome)

• Qualification: Intermediate / Graduate / Post Graduate

• Salary Range: ₹1.80 LPA to ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives (based on experience)

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Payroll: Partner’s Payroll (with potential to be absorbed into Axis Bank based on performance)

Job Specification

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling relationship management with customers across banking products.

• Field sales, branch sales, and tele-calling (depending on the profile).

• Delivering customer satisfaction and achieving targets.

• Opportunity to move onto Axis Bank Payroll for top performers.
