Aon is seeking a motivated fresher to join our Gurgaon team as an International Consultant in Accounts & Finance.
If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce particularly B.COM (H), and 0-6 months of experience this is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in finance with a global leader.

International Consultant (Accounts & Finance)

Experience: Fresher (0-6 months)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce(preferably B.COM (H)
Key Responsibilities:
BAU Support: Analyze and address BAU support tickets in the eGlobal ERP system.
Coordination: Collaborate with end users to develop and implement new ideas.
Documentation: Document issues, solutions, and processes for ongoing reference.
Testing & QA: Perform UAT testing, document bugs, and communicate with stakeholders.
Key Skills.:
Results-Driven: Focused on continuous process improvements.
Communication: Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of business operations.
Team Player: Collaborative and customer service-oriented.
Attention to Detail: Excellent documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
Financial Acumen: Functional understanding of financial business operations.
Project Skills: Proficient in project analysis, planning, testing protocols, and business needs analysis.
