Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced account reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle complex reconciliation exceptions and escalations
- Meet daily and monthly reconciliation deadlines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards
- Support junior team members and act as an SME when required
- Identify process improvements and enhance workflow efficiency
- Maintain data security and confidentiality standards
Skills Required
- Strong experience in reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of financial systems and reporting
- Ability to handle complex financial data
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–4 years of experience in reconciliation (mandatory)
- No freshers allowed
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Flexible to work in US/UK shifts
