Job Role or Description
- Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions. Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up. Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent. Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work. Must be willing to work in Night Shifts. Desired Candidate Profile:- Comfortable with night shift Comfortable with WFO-Work from office Having excellent English communication Ready to join immediately.
