Open Roles & Responsibilities
1. Site Manager
- Manage warehouse operations, staffing, and shifts
- Oversee inbound & outbound shipments
- Ensure KPI, SLA, and SOP compliance
- Drive performance, safety, and quality initiatives
2. Executive
- Coordinate with customers & logistics partners
- Monitor operations and resolve issues
- Ensure accurate MIS reporting and billing inputs
- Maintain SOP compliance
3. Supervisor (Inventory / Inbound / Outbound)
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Handle inbound & outbound operations
- Optimize space, manpower, and workflows
- Ensure SLA adherence and team performance
4. Data Entry Operator (DEO)
- Maintain accurate shipment data entry
- Update systems for dispatch and inventory
- Support operations with reporting and coordination
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 3–5 years in logistics / warehouse / SCM domain
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations & inventory systems
