Job Description
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable process
- Process and verify vendor invoices & purchase orders
- Maintain records of payable transactions
- Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Process payments via NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / Cheques
- Support month-end closing activities
- Track outstanding liabilities
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA
- Experience: 1–2 years in Accounts Payable domain
- Immediate joiners preferred
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing
- Experience in Vendor Reconciliation
- Good knowledge of GST basics
- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Strong analytical and attention to detail
- Good communication & coordination skills
