Transaction / Backend Operations (Non-Voice Process)
Eligibility: Only Non-Technical Graduates
Experience: 0 – 4 Years (Preferably in healthcare domain / claims / non-voice roles)
Shifts: 24×7 rotational
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry of customer and provider details, invoice information, and validation.
- Checking duplicate claims and taking corrective actions.
- Investigating policy-related messages and coordinating with different teams.
- Ensuring contract compliance and fraud prevention.
- Supporting healthcare claims and policy interpretation.
🎓 Educational Qualifications:
Graduates from the following streams can apply:
B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, BHM, BFA, BDS, B.Pharma, BVSc, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BHMCT, and similar non-technical backgrounds.
