🧾 Job Role: Team Member – Financial Risk Management (FRM)
Department: Risk Management & Compliance
Role Category: Cybercrime Response, Risk Reporting, Law Enforcement Coordination
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Address financial crime complaints in real-time via CFCFRMS / NCRP (National Cybercrime Reporting Portal)
- Engage and coordinate with Cyber Police for case investigations
- Provide timely responses and updates to Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs)
- Ensure high-priority cases are attended promptly with zero pendency
- Place lien/hold on suspicious accounts involved in cybercrime
- Maintain accurate and error-free data entries in reporting systems
👨💼 Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Male graduates residing in Delhi NCR
- Willing to work in a 24×7 rotational shift (6-day working as per MHA guidelines)
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual candidates preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office (SQL/DBA skills a plus)
- Analytical mindset; prior experience in operational or support roles is advantageous
