- Validate mortgage loan applications and supporting documents
- Review HOI, HOA, subordination packages, title documents
- Recommend loan approval or denial as per risk and compliance
- Ensure regulatory checks and US mortgage lifecycle compliance
- Update loan status – approvals, denials, cancellations
- Ensure all required documentation meets US lender requirements
âś… Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years experience in US mortgage processing
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of HOI, HOA, lien validation, and title commitment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce / Business / MBA
- Willing to work in night shifts / rotational US timings
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
