- Experience: 1 – 4 Years
- Role: Technical Support / IT Service Desk
- Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
🧑💻 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 1.5 technical troubleshooting
- Handle account management, password resets, VPN issues (Cisco), VDI (Citrix Xen Desktop/Xen App)
- Support for Windows 7/10, MS Office 2013/2016, O365
- Remote support using tools like Bomgar, Citrix Desktop Director, Remote Desktop
- Assist with printer installations, USB, HP Scan & Print
- Maintain accurate documentation and ticketing (Incident tracking & resolution)
- Ensure prompt responses via phone, email, IM, and escalate when necessary
- Apply analytical thinking and active listening to resolve customer issues efficiently
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Must have a valid Passport
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with neutral/American accent
- Strong understanding of IT operations, support protocols, and desktop infrastructure
- Familiarity with Wyse Thin/Zero Clients is a plus
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Graduate in any stream (Postgraduates also eligible)
