Job Responsibilities
- Contact US insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers to check claim status.
- Follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Handle payment information related to processed claims.
- Analyze and resolve claim rejections.
- Maintain required quality standards throughout the process.
- Perform Insurance Eligibility Verification, which is an added advantage.
Eligibility
Candidates who meet the following criteria can attend:
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
- Graduates from 2024, 2025 and 2026 batches.
- Any Graduate qualification.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in US/night shifts.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to work in the US medical billing process are expected.
