Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to the team with strong knowledge of Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.
- Manage vendor master data and invoice processing activities.
- Handle stakeholder management and help-desk operations.
- Perform daily reviews for duplicate payments.
- Review Accounts Payable checks subject to escheatment.
- Conduct vendor reconciliation and follow up with vendors.
- Handle compliance audits.
- Manage month-end activities including:
- Chargebacks
- Accruals
- Reporting
- Analysis
- Manage performance reporting and SLA adherence.
- Lead and manage a larger team.
- Drive team performance and people-management activities.
