Key Responsibilities
- Contact insurance companies on behalf of doctors and physicians to check claim status and verify insurance details.
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims to ensure timely payments.
- Handle collections through outbound calls and document payment information.
- Perform denial management by identifying reasons for claim rejections and initiating corrective actions.
- Respond to client inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Ensure quality standards and process compliance throughout claim processing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Undergraduate (2024, 2025, or 2026 pass-out).
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
