Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance payers to check claim status.
- Call insurance companies in the USA on behalf of doctors and physicians.
- Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Identify reasons for claim denials and work toward resolution.
- Follow up on claims on time to help prevent them from being written off.
- Handle calls related to denied claims.
