Job Details

Position: Specialist – Accounts Payable (PTP)
Experience: 1 – 3 Years in BPO (Finance & Accounting)
Salary: ₹1.25 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance preferred)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shifts: US & UK Shift Timings (Two-way transport provided)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management – Setup & Update
• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Analyze and validate invoice data
• Resolve unprocessable invoices and ensure timely processing
• Execute payment processes
• Perform period-end reconciliation activities

Skills Required:

✅ Strong verbal & written communication skills
✅ Knowledge of SAP Application (Preferred)
✅ Detail-oriented & problem-solving mindset
✅ Customer/client-focused attitude
✅ Knowledge of Visual Basic or Macro skills (Added Advantage)
