Job Description
Wipro is hiring Associate – Backend US Payroll (HRO Process) professionals to manage client queries, document cases, and ensure resolution as per SLAs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle client queries via phone and email in a courteous manner.
- Document client details, problem descriptions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Learn product details for effective client interaction.
- Record and track all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow defined processes to resolve client issues.
- Maintain logs and records as per guidelines.
Experience & Skills
- Experience: 6 – 36 months (Freshers with relevant education can apply).
- Basic MS Excel skills required.
- Must be open to fixed evening shift (5 days working, Sat-Sun off).
- Both-side cab facility available.
Education Eligibility
- Any 3-year graduate: BA / B.Com / B.Sc (Non-Technical), MA, M.Com.
- Only part-time MBA/PGDM accepted.
- B.Tech and MBA freshers are not eligible.
