Job Details
Position: Associate – Backend US Payroll (HRO Process)
Experience: 0 – 3 Years (6 – 36 Months Preferred)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹2.75 LPA
Education: Any Three-Year Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc – Non-technical), MA, M.Com, Part-time MBA/PGDM
(Note: B.Tech and MBA freshers not eligible)
Shifts: Fixed Evening Shift (5 Days Working) – Sat & Sun Off
Work Mode: Work from Office (Gurugram)
Transport: Both Side Cab Service
Agreement: 1-Year Mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming help requests from clients via phone or email
- Document client details including department, contact info, and issue type
- Learn and understand product details for effective troubleshooting
- Record, track, and resolve queries as per SLAs
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all interactions
- Follow standard procedures for client query resolution
