Job Role & Responsibilities

Moderate content to maintain high accuracy and compliance.

Manage and complete assignments within defined SLA/TAT.

Maintain process quality metrics and exceed daily/monthly productivity targets.

Follow compliance, security, and process guidelines as per client standards.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (CEFR C1 level preferred).

Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency, and typing speed of 30 WPM.

Fair knowledge of Google Maps navigation and basic geography.
