Job Role & Responsibilities

Handle Member Online & Live Chat queries related to health insurance pre-authorization, policy servicing, claim assessment, complaints, and more.

Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

Understand AXA Health Insurance’s products, services, and claim life cycle.
-
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
-
Maintain complaint logs, follow up with customers, and ensure quick resolution.

Meet productivity and quality targets – minimum 2 concurrent chats, 95%+ customer satisfaction rating, response time under 2 minutes for live chat.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Post-graduate in any specialization (Non-technical background only).

Typing speed: 40–60 WPM.

Excellent written communication skills (UK customer handling).

Knowledge of MS Office & internet browsing.

Willing to work rotational shifts (07:30 AM – 1:30 AM IST, Monday to Sunday).
