Job Description – Voice & Live Chat Process:
- Engage with UK customers via live chat, email, and inbound calls regarding health insurance services.
- Assist with pre-authorization, policy servicing, claim assessment, complaints, and other member inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency while meeting key performance targets (CPH, ASA, quality standards).
- Handle member issues with empathy and professionalism while documenting interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries.
- Manage concurrent chats and ensure high CSAT scores.
- Work in rotational shifts (including weekends) between 8 AM – 8 PM UK Time (12:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Typing proficiency of 40–60 wpm.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Any Specialization).
