Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry of member/provider details, invoice information, codes, and claims.
- Validate information entered by data entry operators and indexers.
- Identify duplicate claims and handle alerts related to members & providers.
- Investigate policy messages using tools like Support Point, Info Site, etc.
- Interpret hospital contracts and take necessary action.
- Refer cases to departments such as HCS, TMT, Triage as required.
- Detect fraud, overcharges, and non-compliance to identify savings.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare & medical terminologies.
- Attention to detail and investigative skills.
- Strong interpretation and comprehension ability.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Eligibility:
- Education: Only Non-Tech Graduates (BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BHM, BFA, B.Pharma, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BVSc, BUMS, BHMCT etc.)
- Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts.
