Achieve monthly disbursal targets in business loans and LAP

Assess customer profiles, verify documents, and recommend credit approvals

Maintain coordination with supervisors for target planning

Build customer relationships and ensure timely service

Education: Graduate in any stream

Experience:

3+ years in Business Loan / LAP / Home Loan sales preferred
