🎯 Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers professionally

Answer queries on product features, pricing, availability

Provide demonstrations and manage basic complaints
Sales:

Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling

Promote offers and promotions

Handle sales transactions (cash, card, etc.)
Merchandising & Inventory:

Stock shelves and maintain displays

Monitor and report inventory levels

Assist in periodic stock counts
Store Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and order in the store

Address safety or maintenance issues
Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with team and management
