Muthoot Finance, a leading NBFC in India, is hiring Branch Internship Trainee Associates across branches in Krishnagiri (Veppanapalli, Bargur, Rayakottai, Denkanikottai, Kelamangalam, Thalli), Salem (Thalaivasal), and Dharmapuri (Harur, Pennagaram).
🔍 Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in enquiries and assist customers with KYC and documentation

Deliver excellent in-branch customer service and support

Conduct in-house cross-selling of Muthoot products

Make interest collection calls to existing customers

Perform basic backend branch operations

Identify new leads and pitch relevant services

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management
