Acquire CASA and liability accounts via cold calling, market references, cross-selling, and third-party product sales (Life & Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, SIPs)
Non-Financial Responsibilities:

Implement sales & marketing strategies to grow the bank’s liabilities portfolio

Achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Drive customer acquisition through local campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
Compliance & Risk:

Adhere to KYC & AML guidelines
