🔍 Job Summary:
The Commercial Pre-Closing Specialist will support Relationship Managers in the Commercial & Business Banking segments. Responsibilities include managing new money and renewal requests, handling commercial loan processes, document verification, compliance checks, and ensuring seamless loan pre-closure.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Loan Processing:

Review and input loan applications
-
Order and verify reports: appraisals, title, UCC searches
-
Coordinate with stakeholders: RMs, credit underwriters, legal team
-
Ensure all pre-closing and compliance checks are completed
Loan Documentation:
-
Prepare loan documents using software tools
-
Review external legal documents for accuracy
-
Update documents post-approval in the system
Service Excellence:
-
Manage high-volume loan pipelines
-
Deliver on speed, accuracy, and customer service targets
-
Adapt to changing operational demands
📌 Additional Responsibilities (Senior / Team Lead Levels):

Handle complex loan products

Mentor junior team members

Perform second-level reviews

Assist in process documentation and improvements
