Job Role or Description

• To acquire customers for Current Accounts, Savings Account Products of the bank, from a pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trusts associations, societies, and corporates To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers To Cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Asset Products, etc. Responsible for Sourcing High-Value CA customers along with the entire Family Banking relationships. Hardcore Sales Mentality. Primary Motivation from the Achievement of Targets. A Hunter by Orientation. Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to CA customers. Key activities: Cold Calling Securing Appointments Understanding Customer’s Occupation and Needs Introducing and Explaining Suitable Products Resolving Converted Customer’s Queries / Concerns
