Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Program Managers owning a vertical within Just Walk Out Physical Stores

Drive end-to-end program delivery, from strategy to execution

Partner closely with technical teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders

Define program roadmaps, resources, features, and schedules

Own risk management, dependency tracking, and mitigation plans
-
Use data, metrics, and insights to drive continuous improvement

Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership

Help scale and shape the program as Amazon’s Physical Stores footprint expands

Required Qualifications
