Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Hyderabad, India (In-Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 7+ Years (Minimum 3 years in international finance)

This role is ideal for a senior finance professional experienced in cross-border payments, international account management, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on discretion and accuracy.

 Key Responsibilities

Payments & Transfers

• Execute and oversee secure, accurate international payments and fund transfers

• Manage cash flow across multiple global entities

 Account & Financial Management

• Reconcile and manage multi-country entity accounts

• Oversee intercompany transactions, FX exposure, and liquidity

• Maintain precise financial records aligned with local regulations

Compliance & Risk

• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, tax laws, and international financial regulations

• Implement controls to mitigate financial and operational risks

 Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and insights for senior leadership

• Support strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis

 Confidentiality & Controls

• Handle sensitive financial data with absolute discretion

• Safeguard proprietary and entity-specific information

 Process Optimization

• Improve payment and reconciliation processes using technology and automation

• Collaborate with legal, tax, and operations teams globally

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• CPA / CFA or equivalent certification – Preferred

• 7+ years in financial management

• 3+ years handling international or cross-border transactions

• Strong expertise in:

  • Payment systems & wire transfers

  • Multi-currency banking platforms

  • International tax & compliance frameworks

• Proficiency in financial software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) and advanced Excel

• Excellent written & verbal English communication

• Knowledge of Hindi / Telugu is a plus

 Preferred Skills

• Experience managing finances for multinational or high-net-worth entities

• Familiarity with fintech or blockchain-based transaction systems

• Ability to operate in politically or economically sensitive environments
