Key Responsibilities

Source new business for Credit Cards, Corporate Cards, and Payment Gateway solutions

Achieve assigned sales targets and generate cross-sell leads (Loans, Life Insurance, General Insurance, etc.)

Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers

Maintain strong relationships with customers and branch teams
-
Handle end-to-end customer documentation (pre & post sales)

Daily lead updates, DSR maintenance, and follow-ups

Ensure adherence to company guidelines and processes
