📝 Job Description
-
Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) and General Ledger operations
-
Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting
-
Use accounting tools like SAP, Yardi, Oracle
-
Apply property accounting knowledge (added advantage)
-
Lead small teams and assist with onboarding/training
-
Participate in client interactions, BAU calls, and escalations
-
Review KPIs and dashboards to improve service delivery
-
Ensure compliance and maintain confidentiality
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance / MBA Finance / M.Com / CA Inter
-
3 – 15 years of relevant experience in RTR & General Ledger
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Team handling experience is a plus
-
Proficient in MS Office & relevant finance tools

Flexible to work in night shifts
